First it's sweet, then it's spicy. Created by Minneapolis-based @goth_icon, this daiquiri balances the smooth, caramel notes of rum with the heat of our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup for a cocktail that bites back.

INGREDIENTS
| .75 oz of our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
| 1 oz lime juice plus a fresh wheel to garnish
| 2 oz white rum (@goth_icon recommends cihuatán jade)
| 2 oz white rum (@goth_icon recommends cihuatán jade)
| Optional: use a dried bird's eye chili for garnish
DIRECTIONS
| Add the syrup, lime juice and rum to a shaker with crushed ice and shake for 10 seconds.
| Double strain into a coupe glass, then garnish with a lime wheel and a bird’s eye chili for flare.
