The Spicy Pineapple Cocktail

Meet the Spicy Pineapple, aka a tropical vacation in a glass. It combines the smokiness of mezcal, the sweetness of pineapple, and the bite of our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup for a cocktail that'll warm you up from the inside out.⁠



PREP: 2 MIN // YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
|  1 oz of our Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
|  2 oz of pineapple juice
|  1 oz of mezcal
|  .5 oz of rum
|  .5 oz fresh lime juice
|  Sparkling water
|  Ice
|  Optional: dried pineapple or topical flower to garnish

DIRECTIONS
|  Add the syrup, fruit juices, spirits and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
|  Strain into a chilled, short glass and top with sparkling water.
|  Garnish with a dried pineapple or tropical flower.
