Barrel Aged Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS
3/4 c smooth peanut butter
1 c almond flour
| 1/3 c @portlandsyrups Barrel Aged Syrup
| 1 egg
| 1/2 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together then scoop out 1.5 tbsp of dough and place on the parchment covered pan. Repeat until you have 12 even cookies. Place pan in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to help the cookies set. Bake for 15 min, then remove from the oven, sprinkle a bit of flake salt on top and enjoy!
