These syrups are so far beyond any I’ve ever gotten in the grocery store. The banana bread specifically is my favorite so far. Perfect for a latte with a pastry.
LOL, yeah I crack myself up. The Grapefruit Tonic Syrup goes well with Forij Rose gin and Tanqueray. Not too sweet, and worth trying with your favorite, especially if they are Grapefruit peel forward.
I was impressed by the fast shipping and the taste that did not disappoint.
The brown sugar simple syrup ad as rich taste and mouthfeel to any cocktail that calls for a demerara simple syrup and it really works well in the "Old Fashioned" cocktail.

I love fall coffee flavors so I was excited to try this fall flavor bundle. The syrups are good quality and shipping was fast (and the glass bottles are so cute). However, the flavors are very spice heavy (which I don’t care for). I feel that the clove and nutmeg flavors over-power the syrups. This is especially true for the pumpkin spice flavor, I could not taste any pumpkin over the spices. Also, the banana bread syrup had an overwhelming artificial taste that I didn’t care for. Overall, the apple crisp syrup was the best one and is the only one I’d recommend.
A delicious, subtle lavender flavor perfectly dresses the drink!
I'm in the exploratory phase of Portland Syrups and so far I haven't found one I didn't like. Combining the lavender and Chai with lemon juice and carbonated water is my favorite. (Plus a few drops of stevia).
To be fair I have only used the caramel syrup thus far. The brand/website/container mentions being very concentrated, however, I had to use what felt like an excessive amount in my latte and could still barely taste it. I'm bummed, I had high hopes.

Price, shipping, and size were great. It just happened that the taste wasn’t what I expected for this particular flavor. For me, it tasted different and I’m still using it anyway.
