Portland Mule

The Moscow Mule, rebuilt with fresh ginger heat in place of bottled ginger beer. Our Spicy Ginger Syrup brings habanero-and-serrano warmth to this classic combo.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Spicy Ginger Syrup
  • 1½ oz vodka of choice
  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Add the Spicy Ginger Syrup and vodka.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  4. Squeeze the lime wedge over the glass, drop it in, and serve.
