| 2 oz coconut + pineapple + mango shrub from @sauvieshrubs
| 1 oz of our Vanilla Rooibos syrup
| 2 oz rum from @NewDealPDX
| 1 oz coconut water
| Sparkling water
| Toasted coconut to garnish
| 1 oz of our Vanilla Rooibos syrup

DIRECTIONS
| In a glass with ice, add coconut + pineapple + mango shrub, Vanilla Rooibos syrup, rum and coconut water.
| Top with sparking water then stir to combine.
| Garnish with toasted coconut to transport yourself to a beach far, far away.
