INGREDIENTS
| 2 oz tequila blanco
| 2 oz triple sec
| 2 oz fresh lime juice
| 1 oz aquafaba (chickpea water)
| Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
| To produce the aquafaba, strain and set aside the liquid from a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans.
| Shake all the ingredients in a shaker without ice, then add ice and shake for a few more seconds until the shaker is frosted.
| Strain the mixture into a Nick & Nora glass (or similar), and garnish with a lime wheel.
