I love the Portland syrups, but I'm disappointed with my recent order.
I ordered and paid for 4 syrups, however only 3 arrived. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails over the course of three weeks, and nobody has gotten back to me regarding the missing syrup. I simply wanted a refund, or the additional syrup shipped.
I'm very surprised and disappointed that a local, high-quality company would have such terrible customer service.
I reached out to customer service regarding a refund. I have not received a response as of yet. Let me clarify. UPS lost my order, I filed a claim UPS approved claim and told me to reach out to the company directly to get my refund. I did

My wife and I started buying the six-pack syrups earlier this year and we've been hooked. Our morning coffee has never tasted so good. You can't really go wrong with any of the flavors, but we keep going back to ube.
I use the orange syrup along with cardamom syrup. Wonderful combo. Great quality syrups
Since I purchased my first order I have been nothing but impressed not only with the syrups but also with the service. I’ve purchased their products multiple times and one of my orders had an issue in transit I contacted the team and within two days a new order was at my door. Wow! This is awesome. It is complex and interesting and takes me someplace tropical. It made my usual seltzer water + Crystal light into something much more elevated. Maybe I will try even adding some fresh lime juice next time if I have it. I didn't like it as much in my coffee, I am sensitive to bitter notes in the espresso and this brings that out a little bit more. I will be back for more when I finish my bottle :).
For folks who are here trying to emulate the starbucks apple crisp oatmilk drinks: mix this apple syrup with equal parts brown sugar syrup. That's the magic combo. Big fan, thanks Portland Syrups!
After recently discovering this company via online search, I placed an order and have so far tried the cardamom syrup. A half teaspoon is plenty to make a routine cup of coffee taste like something special.

This was way better than I expected! Most peppermint flavored things are overpowering, but in this the addition of spearmint rounds out the flavor and takes some of the bite out of the peppermint. Absolutely the best peppermint anything I've ever tried!
This is one of my favorites. The perfect balance of the tartness of cranberries and the warmth of the spices. I've only tried it with bubbly water so far, but I imagine it would also make a lovely hot toddy. I would definitely get this again!
I bought all three tonics together and this is the only one I really liked with gin. It's flavors are assertive enough to not be drowned out by it, but also not overpower it. Perfectly balanced and very, very good in just plain bubbly water as well.
This is another one that I prefer with just bubbly water than with gin. The gin drowns out the delicate flavors and that is just a shame, because this is so, so good. I love anything with rose and this definitely rose forward, but doesn't overpower the other flavors in it.
I like this one better with just bubbly water than with gin. I love the grapefruit and the gin kinda drowns it out. This stuff is just too good for that! It has the perfect amount of bitterness and all the flavors are well balanced.
This is fantastic. I tried it in a tequila sunrise and with just bubbly water and it was great both ways. The cherry flavor was definitely more like real cherries then cherry flavoring and was perfectly blended with the pomegranate.
I would have never thought if combining these two flavors, but they are really lovely together. Usually two such strong flavors would clash, but they're perfectly balanced in this. Love it.
The rose flavor was stronger than I expected, and I'm so glad! So far I've only used it in bubbly water, but I could imagine it's amazing in some lemonade or sparkling wine as well. I really love this one.
The combined heat from both the ginger and the chilis is the perfect amount of heat, definitely present, but not going to burn your lips off. The ginger flavor really comes through too. Excellent.
Definitely mango-y, the habanero flavor is subtle, but the heat is definitely apparent. It's not an burn your lips off hot, just the perfect amount of tingly. Sooooo good!
The passion fruit really comes through, with a little extra tartness from the citrus. I really love this!
I wish the rhubarb was more pronounced, and a bit more tart, but I really like this syrup. The lovely raspberries really come through. I'm glad I got this before it sold out!
