2 tablespoons Portland Syrups Lavender Syrup
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1-2 teaspoons culinary lavender buds (food-grade)
Hot water (not boiling)

DIRECTIONS
- Prepare Matcha:
Sift 1 tsp matcha powder, mix with a bit of hot water until smooth. - Heat 1 cup of milk until hot but not boiling.
- Combine matcha paste with 2 tbsp lavender syrup in a mug.
- Pour hot milk into the mug.
- Use a whisk or frother to blend until frothy.
- Garnish (Optional):Sprinkle with culinary lavender buds.
