Rose Syrup Parfait:

Have reason to celebrate this January but don’t want to totally derail your health goals? Use our Rose Syrup to make a delicious, light, grain free dessert parfait!

PREP: 15 MINS   //   YIELD: 1-2 Parfait
|4 oz heavy whipping cream
|2 tbls powdered sugar
|2 tsp Rose Syrup

Place a metal (or glass) bowl, along with a hand mixer whisk attachment in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and combine all ingredients (besides granola) in the bowl. Using a hand mixer, begin whisking on low then moving it up to medium once ingredients are combined. Continue whisking until you reach desired whipped cream consistency (about 3-5 minutes). Select your favorite glass and alternate layers of the rose whipped cream with the granola, garnish with a sprinkling of cardamom and enjoy!
