The RoyalTea Rose Gimlet is a citrusy and bright cocktail featuring black tea-infused gin, tangy grapefruit, and subtly-sweet rose syrup. It's fit for royalty, and we like to think Lady Whistledown would agree.

| Pour the gin into a glass and add the tea sachet. Let it steep for ~10 min, then squeeze and remove the tea bag.
| In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the tea-infused gin, our Rose Cordial syrup, and the grapefruit juice, then shake well.
| Strain the mixture into a coupe or martini glass, and finish with a few dashes of grapefruit bitters.
| Garnish with a grapefruit peel spiral and enjoy!
