This cure-all developed by Keep it Crafted's Ari Dyckovsky might not prevent or cure any known illnesses, but it sure knows how to brighten up the end of a day. It as created in the summer, but to us is one of those cocktails that can be enjoyed throughout the year. It delicately balances notes of cardamom, coffee and hibiscus and will leave you asking for seconds.
PREP: 5 MINS // YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
| 1 Barspoon Green Absinthe, Docs Spirits
| 4 Dashes Cardamom Bitters, Dash Fire Bitters
DIRECTIONS
| Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass
| Add ice and stir for 45 seconds
| Strain into a chilled coupe glass
| Peal a long strand of orange, twist over the surface and fold the peel onto itself at midpoint
| To garnish, slide chrome skewer through that same midpoint and place in drink
