INGREDIENTS
2 oz white rum
1 oz Portland Syrups Yuzu Syrup
1 oz Portland Syrups Mojito Syrup (or 1 oz fresh lime juice and muddled fresh mint)
Soda water
Ice
Lime wheel and mint sprig (for garnish)
1 oz Portland Syrups Yuzu Syrup
1 oz Portland Syrups Mojito Syrup (or 1 oz fresh lime juice and muddled fresh mint)

DIRECTIONS
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine the white rum, Portland Syrups Yuzu Syrup and Portland Syrups Mojito Syrup.
- Shake well and strain the mixture into the glass with ice.
- Top off the glass with soda water and gently stir to combine all the flavors.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh mint sprig.
