Solid cinnamon with no red-hot bite over a round molasses base, so it tastes more like a good bakery than a spice rack. Made for milk-based coffee drinks, especially oat milk lattes, and a warm stand-in for simple syrup in an Old Fashioned.
Crafted in Portland for coffee programs, the Barista Series pairs house-made complexity with the consistency of a bottle. Made with a higher sugar content than our regular syrups, it delivers a concentrated flavor that stands up to coffee without overpowering it, and it stays shelf stable at room temperature. Each 750 ml bottle makes about 50 drinks.
