It has been 7 years since we launched our first tonic, the Rose City Tonic. That one has been a HUGE success, and is incredible when paired with an American Gin. But, not everyone wants a floral note in their beverages, so after a lot of R&D and consideration we have finally created a NEW TONIC!!!
The Grapefruit Tonic works both as a mocktail (my personal favorite use) or as a Gin & Tonic / Vodka Tonic. This layered flavor starts with a bite of fresh grapefruit and is rounded out with both Elderflower and the bitterness of quinine. We added just enough bitter to give the finished drink a nice balance, but not too much where it makes you pucker.
We think this is the perfect addition to your drink repertoire whether you are mixing with booze or creating a delicious N/A treat.
A premium small-batch syrup brewed by hand in Oregon with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. Our syrups feature 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving. Each 12 oz. bottle makes 12-24 cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.

Use to flavor cocktails as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs with vodka, gin, bourbon, or tequila.
For sodas, our syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.
