Yesterday I received my ginger syrup and made the Ginger Fix. It is delicious! I also plan to make Blueberry Lavender Lemonade and Spicy Ginger Delight. Really enjoy the recipes.
The website for Portland Syrups has hundreds of recipes. I have tried several of them and really liked them. I was hoping this recipe book would have more recipes and be more curated to show the most popular recipes. I think it just shows the first few recipes Portland Syrups came up with. I was a bit disappointed.

I use the recipe book every weekend. I love each recipe I’ve tried, and every syrup I’ve gotten. Each makes such an amazing drink.
