What is Matcha?

Matcha is a finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves that originated in China and developed in Japan. It's renowned for being filled with antioxidants and L-theanine. On its own, matcha has a slightly earthy, nutty flavor. Matcha lattes can be served hot or over ice with an ounce or so of our syrups.
