Dried orange peel, bitter orange, and gentian root make a bright, aromatic bitters with a bittersweet citrus edge. A few dashes lift Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, and gin martinis, or turn sparkling water into a zero-proof aperitif.
Small-batch cocktail bitters at 40% ABV, packed 12 to a retail display box. Each 3.4 oz bottle makes 25–30 drinks.
