Recipes & Uses:
Use to flavor mixed drinks as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs with vodka, gin, bourbon, or tequila.
For soda spritzers, mix 1 oz of syrup with 6 oz of chilled sparkling water.
Excellent flavor, just the right amount of spice/bite.

Nice addition
I'm adding it to some of my beverages, like mochas. I like it and would like it more if it were a stronger flavor. I put 3 tablespoons in a 10-ounce mug and would like a stronger ginger flavor, but I don't want to add that much more sugar. I'd like to hear how other people use it.
