Fragrant, whole dried rose blossoms and petals are slow-brewed in stages with dried rose hips, to capture the flower’s essence at several stages of its expression. It is sweet and tart with a subdued but complex floral character, and is extremely versatile.
Wonderfully refreshing on its own, or added to clear spirits for an especially delightful drink. Rose Cordial is also delicious in coffee and tea drinks - we suggest a Rose Mocha or a Rose Matcha Latte, hot or iced!

A premium small-batch syrup brewed by hand in Oregon with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. Our syrups feature 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving.

Recipes & Uses:
Use to flavor drinks as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs well with clear spirits.
For sodas, our syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.
Each 12 oz. bottle makes 12-24 drinks, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.
Syrup taste very good with cardamom in a latte. Not too sweet and not too overwhelming.

I’m obsessed with rose matcha lattes and have wanted to try making my own. I decided to try this rose syrup since it uses less sugar. I must say, I am very pleased with it and it has a wonderful flavor. The syrup has worked well for my homemade rose matcha lattes!

They make many great syrups but this one is hands down my favorite. Distinct rose flavor, very authentic, strong enough to carry through without being overpowering or overly sweet. I put it in seltzer, tea, mocktails, and occasionally splash over ice cream.
