Bourbon Tonic
A bourbon and tonic, except the sweetener is our Rose Cordial Syrup. The rose softens the bourbon’s heat without competing; sparkling water keeps it long. From our friends at Freeland Spirits.

- 1½ oz bourbon
- 1 oz Rose Cordial Syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water
Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the bourbon and Rose Cordial Syrup.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine. Serve.
