Bright Chai Hot Cocoa
A four-minute upgrade to classic hot cocoa, using our Bright Chai Syrup to add cardamom, ginger, and warm spice to the chocolate. Whipped cream on top is optional but never wrong.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ tbsp Bright Chai Syrup
- 1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Whipped cream, optional
Instructions
- Combine the milk and Bright Chai Syrup in a small saucepan and warm over high heat for about 2 minutes, until steaming.
- Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt to the warm milk and stir until dissolved.
- Pour into a mug.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and serve.
