  • Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 slices gluten-free challah, about ½ inch thick
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp Bright Chai Syrup
  • Light sprinkle of ground cardamom
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter, for the pan

  2. Heat a large buttered pan over medium to medium-high.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, coating both sides evenly.
