INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Portland Syrups Premium Tonic Concentrate
- 6 oz plain sparkling water
- 2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin (or substitute another gin of choice)
- Ice
- Lime wedge for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a goblet or large wine glass with ice.
- Add gin and Premium Tonic Concentrate.
- Pour in sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy!
