Figgy Fizz Mocktail
Featuring the honey-like sweetness of fresh figs and the bright tang of our ginger syrup, this mocktail will leave you feeling fancy and festive.

INGREDIENTS
| 2 oz of our Ginger syrup
| 2 figs (per drink)
| Mint leaves
| Sparkling water
DIRECTIONS
| In a tall glass or shaker, muddle a fig and handful of mint leaves with our Ginger syrup until the fig is well broken down.
| Top with sparkling water, then stir to combine.
| Garnish with a mint leaf, or fig cross section for extra fancy points.
