Savory Hibiscus Glaze
A tart-floral glaze for chicken wings, noodle bowls, spring rolls, and roasted vegetables. It thickens with a quick cornstarch slurry and keeps for about four days in the fridge. Worth making extra for leftover drizzling.
At a glance
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 3 to 4 servings
Ingredients
- ½ cup Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Mix the Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup, mandarin juice, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl, then transfer to a small saucepan.
