Root Beer Hibiscus Float

The Root Beer Hibiscus Float:

This recipe is a twist on a classic, and you don’t need a hot summer day to enjoy it!

PREP: 3 MINS   //   YIELD: 1 float
| 6 oz Soda Water
| 1 oz Portland Syrups Root Beer Syrup
| 1/2 tbsp Portland Syrups Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
| 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream


Combine the soda water and Root Beer syrup and set aside. Add the Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup to the bottom of your favorite glass, then add the ice cream. Pour the prepared Root Beer over the ice cream until the glass is full. Top with two maraschino cheers and enjoy!
