In this syrup, full, round berry flavors are developed from a careful blend of hibiscus flower and rose hip. Hand-ground whole toasted cardamom adds depth and subtle spicing. Ideal with clear liquors such and vodka and gin, or splash a half-teaspoon in a champagne cocktail, or mix with tequila.

Product Details:

A premium small-batch syrup brewed by hand in Oregon with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. Our syrups feature 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving. Each 16 oz. bottle makes 16-32 cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.

Shelf stable for 24 months. Refrigerate after opening. Will keep refrigerated for 6 months

Recipes & Uses:

Use to flavor cocktails as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine. Pairs with vodka, gin, or dry sparkling wine. 

For sodas, our syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.

Great Customer Service

I ordered this syrup as a part of sample pack along with two other flavors. When it arrived, this bottle of syrup was broken and had leaked all over the package. Portland Syrups replaced not only the syrup that was broken, but all three. Customer service responded quickly and the replacement was delivered in 2 days. And the syrups taste great :)
