We gave the Aperol Spritz an update. Our Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup brings floral depth to the brunch favorite, while grapefruit juice cuts the sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz sparkling white wine
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • 1 grapefruit slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Add the Hibiscus Cardamom Syrup, Aperol, sparkling wine, and grapefruit juice.
  3. Top with sparkling water, garnish with a grapefruit slice, and serve.
