Passionfruit Cloud

Tropical and creamy, but not too heavy. Our Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup combined with the fresh citrus juices balances perfectly with the coconut. Just a splash of sparkling water keeps it from being cloying.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup
  • 1½ oz rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz blood orange juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine the rum, Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup, lime juice, blood orange juice, coconut cream, and coconut milk in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe or tiki glass.
  4. Top with sparkling water and serve.
