Hibiscus Mezcal Cocktail Recipe

 

Hibiscus is a natural partner for Mezcal and Tequila. Our Hibiscus Cardamom syrup is the perfect addition to this Mezcal cocktail, adding an unexpected depth of flavor. The floral notes and warmth really help round out this cocktail and the simple recipe allows both the syrup and booze to shine. 

 



PREP: 5 MINS   //   YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
|  2 oz Mezcal
|  3/4 oz Hibiscus Cardamom syrup
|  1/2 oz lime juice
|  Orange rind
DIRECTIONS

|  Combine all ingredients in shaker filled with ice
|  Shake and strain into a couple glass
|  Express oil from orange rind over glass and rub along rim
|  For added layer, include 1/2 oz Cocchi Rosa to recipe
