Lavender Cappuccino
Earthy and bitter espresso is a great companion to our Lavender Syrup. The sweet is just enough and the touch of floral turns this cappuccino into more than just your morning caffeine.

Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
- 2 tbsp Lavender Syrup (more or less, to taste)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1–2 tsp culinary lavender buds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso (or make strong brewed coffee).
- Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling, or use a milk steamer.
- In a mug, combine the espresso with the Lavender Syrup. Taste and adjust the syrup to preference.
- Froth the hot milk until creamy and foamy.
- Pour the frothed milk into the mug, holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with the foam and garnish with lavender buds if desired.
