Lavender Cappuccino

Earthy and bitter espresso is a great companion to our Lavender Syrup. The sweet is just enough and the touch of floral turns this cappuccino into more than just your morning caffeine.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 2 tbsp Lavender Syrup (more or less, to taste)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1–2 tsp culinary lavender buds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso (or make strong brewed coffee).
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling, or use a milk steamer.
  3. In a mug, combine the espresso with the Lavender Syrup. Taste and adjust the syrup to preference.
  4. Froth the hot milk until creamy and foamy.
  5. Pour the frothed milk into the mug, holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with the foam and garnish with lavender buds if desired.
