Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp Lavender Syrup
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Hot water (not boiling)
- 1–2 tsp culinary lavender buds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl, then whisk with a bit of hot water until smooth.
- Heat the milk until hot but not boiling.
- Combine the matcha paste and Lavender Syrup in a mug.
- Pour the hot milk into the mug, then whisk or froth until creamy.
- Sprinkle with culinary lavender buds if desired and serve.
