Lavender French 75
Adding our Lavender Syrup to a French 75 shows off how good the lavender-and-lemon pairing is. Not soapy or overly sweet — just subtly floral for a delicate pre-dinner or brunch cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz Lavender Syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine (Cava, Prosecco)
- Lavender sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the gin, Lavender Syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with champagne, garnish with a lavender sprig, and serve.
