Adding our Lavender Syrup to a French 75 shows off how good the lavender-and-lemon pairing is. Not soapy or overly sweet — just subtly floral for a delicate pre-dinner or brunch cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • ½ oz Lavender Syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine (Cava, Prosecco)
  • Lavender sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, Lavender Syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Top with champagne, garnish with a lavender sprig, and serve.
