Painkiller: Tiki At Its Best
The tiki bar standard, made better with our Brown Sugar Simple Syrup — deeper sweetness than white sugar can manage. An umbrella is required.

Ingredients
- 2 oz rum
- 1 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- Sparkling water, to top
- 1 pineapple slice and grated nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the rum, Brown Sugar Simple Syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with sparkling water, garnish with a pineapple slice and grated nutmeg, and serve.
