Painkiller: Tiki At Its Best

The tiki bar standard, made better with our Brown Sugar Simple Syrup — deeper sweetness than white sugar can manage. An umbrella is required.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • 1 pineapple slice and grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the rum, Brown Sugar Simple Syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Top with sparkling water, garnish with a pineapple slice and grated nutmeg, and serve.
