A Moscow Mule that skipped the vodka and headed for the tropics. Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup and ginger beer do all the work — bright, tangy, fizzy. Add vodka back if you’d rather have both.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 bottle ginger beer
  • Fresh mint leaves and lime slices, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice, then add the Passion Fruit Citrus Syrup and fresh lime juice.
  2. Top with ginger beer and stir.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint and lime slices. Add vodka for a 21+ version.
