Piri Piri Afternoon Cocktail
A short tequila cocktail with a slow burn. Our Rose City Tonic’s cinchona bitterness anchors peach cordial and citrus liqueur; a few drops of piri piri spice add the heat. From Keep It Crafted, who built this one for a summer New York afternoon.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz blanco tequila
- ½ oz citrus liqueur (we like Doc Herson’s)
- ¾ oz peach cordial
- ½ oz Rose City Tonic
- 4 drops Drink Addition Piri Piri Cocktail Spice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass three-quarters full with ice.
- Stir for 20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a skewered piri piri pepper and serve.
