| Juice of one grapefruit or 6oz unsweetened grapefruit juice.
| 9 oz plain sparkling water
| A few basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
| Shake grapefruit juice and syrup over ice and strain
| Pour 3oz of combo over ice and top with same amount of sparkling water
| Garnish with basil leaves and wedge of grapefruit if available
| Can add vodka or dry sparkling wine to make into a cocktail
