We recreated this delicious recipe invented by our friends DRY to celebrate Dry July. The Pacific Northwest Breeze marries the iconic Portland flavor of summer marionberries with smooth floral notes from DRY Lavender Botanical Bubbly. It's a mocktail as beautiful as it is delicious.
PREP: 2 MINS // YIELD: 1 MOCKTAIL
| 2 oz of our Marionberry syrup
| 6 oz of DRY Lavender Botanical Bubbly
| 1 oz lemon juice
| Fresh marionberries and a lemon peel to garnish
| In a short glass combine chilled DRY Lavender Bubbly with lemon juice.
| Drizzle Marionberry syrup over the back of a bar spoon into the glass. If done correctly, the colors should separate.
| Garnish with a marionberry and lemon peel.
