Rose French 75

A French 75 turned floral. Our Rose Cordial Syrup stands in for sugar; Union Wine Company’s Rose Bubbles stand in for champagne. Brunch done right.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz gin
  • ¾ oz Rose Cordial Syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz Union Wine Company Rose Bubbles (or other sparkling rosé)

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, Rose Cordial Syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Top with the sparkling rosé and serve.
