Rose French 75

Ingredients
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz Rose Cordial Syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz Union Wine Company Rose Bubbles (or other sparkling rosé)
Instructions
- Combine the gin, Rose Cordial Syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds, then strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with the sparkling rosé and serve.
