Rose Rice Squares

Rose Rice Squares:

A sweet treat for the sweetie in your life! Whip up these Rose Rice Squares for a delightful twist on a childhood classic!

PREP: 15-20 MINS   //   YIELD: 1 pan
| 1/4 c butter (or vegan butter like @earthbalance)
|2 tbsp Rose Syrup
|6 c mini marshmallows
|6 c puffed rice cereal


Melt butter on med/low in a large sauce pan. Once melted, add rose syrup and marshmallows. Stir occasionally until all marshmallows are melted down. Turn off the heat and transfer pot to a hot pad. Mix in rice cereal, folding them into the marshmallow mixture thoroughly. Once combined, pour into a lightly greased baking dish and let cool. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve to your honey!
