This recipe, courtesy of the ever-creative Keep It Crafted is the brain-child of Dear Irving's Robin Guzman. It plays our Vanilla-Spice Rooibos syrup with tequila in a way we had previously not considered. Whether you garnish with flare or not is up to you, but trying this recipe out is a must for the cocktail enthusiast.
PREP: 3 MINS // YIELD: 1 COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
| 1 Dash Cocoa & Coffee Bitters, ala Crude Bitters
DIRECTIONS
| Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice.
| Double-strain up into a chilled coupe glass.
| Garnish with the butt of a fresh lime.
| Lightly blowtorch to brûlée the lime while sprinkling freshly grated cinnamon over the flame.
