Courtesy of Keep it Crafted and their constantly creative pursuit of a delicious cocktail: "Preparation is key to making a great drink on demand. Bartenders might look like they come up with everything on the spot, but that’s only possible with the right ingredients on hand. Often that requires hours, if not days, to create those ingredients. Luckily when @funkmogul joined this week’s collaborative meeting with @gozatequila and @atthemeadow, we had already prepared fresh yellow melon juice and had great syrups and bitters on hand. With those, Robin was able to put together an incredible variation on the Caballo Blanco in a single try—with the melon’s coloring, Caballo Dorado seemed a natural fit. It’s a gorgeous drink, and it tastes even better!"
