Ingredients

  • 1 oz Spicy Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon or whiskey
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Add the bourbon, then the Spicy Ginger Syrup.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  4. Squeeze the lime wedge over the glass, drop it in, and serve.
