- 1 oz Spicy Ginger Syrup
- 2 oz bourbon or whiskey
- 4 oz sparkling water
- 1 lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the bourbon, then the Spicy Ginger Syrup.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Squeeze the lime wedge over the glass, drop it in, and serve.
