Strawberry Basil Sour

Ingredients
- 1 oz Strawberry Lemon-Lime Syrup
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1½ oz aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 3 dashes black lemon bitters
Instructions
- Add the basil leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add the gin, Strawberry Lemon-Lime Syrup, lemon juice, aquafaba, and bitters. Dry-shake hard for 15 seconds to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake hard for another 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
