Dusky Rose Cocktail

Our Rose Cordial Syrup softens the herbal weight of Yellow Chartreuse into a cocktail made for slow sipping.

Ingredients

  • ½ oz Rose Cordial Syrup
  • 1½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the Yellow Chartreuse and Rose Cordial Syrup in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Top with a splash of sparkling water, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
