Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 oz Ube Syrup
  • ¾ oz pineapple juice
  • 1½ oz coconut cream
  • Pebble ice, to fill
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the rum, Ube Syrup, pineapple juice, and coconut cream in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a large goblet or tiki glass filled with pebble ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
