A tropical classic, with a twist. This Ube Colada mixes coconut cream, pineapple, rum, and ube syrup for a rich, refreshing cocktail with a subtle vanilla-nut sweetness and a signature violet glow. Minimal effort, maximum vacation energy.

PREP: 2 MIN // YIELD: 1 DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1 ounce Ube Syrup
  • 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 ounce coconut cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a large goblet or fun tropical glass filled with pebble ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
