Ube Matcha Latte
A layered, iced drink with serious visual impact. Our Ube Syrup goes in first with the milk for a creamy lavender base; whisked matcha floats green-bright on top. Stir to drink, but not before you get a photo.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp ceremonial- or culinary-grade matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water (175°F, not boiling)
- ½ oz Ube Syrup
- 6–8 oz milk of choice (oat, whole, or coconut all work)
- Ice
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove any clumps.
- Add the hot water and whisk vigorously until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Pour the Ube Syrup into a tall glass.
- Add the milk and stir gently to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice, then pour the matcha over the top so it layers above the ube milk.
