Aquafaba Tequila Sour

The name might sound fancy, but aquafaba is simply the liquid left over from cooked chickpeas. Just drain a can of garbanzo beans and reserve the liquid to use this versatile egg white substitute for a punchy and refreshing cocktail.

|  2 oz tequila blanco
|  2 oz triple sec

DIRECTIONS
|  To produce the aquafaba, strain and set aside the liquid from a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans.
